The Musts Of Fall 2019

After a drought of fashion posts I feel like I’m beating you guys over the head with them now. (Sorry- it’s either all or nothing) Anyhoo here are my musts for Fall 2019. In my opinion anyway.   Obviously I’m not a fashion expert, but nothing beats a well constructed outfit… Except maybe chocolate… Or ice cream… Or chocolate ice cream.

  1. Solids
Yes prints are fun and whimsical, but rock your closet this season with some well placed solid blocks of color.
From your purse to your boots, or even a nice knit sweater. (So excited for sweater weather!!) Simple pieces put together to create an illusion of sophistication and intention.
2. All the Colors!
These are my fav colors of this year’s fall season: a nice warm eye catching mustard yellow; a deep, vampy maroon; the sweetest sweet peach paired with your browns, jeans, grey and that cool toned blue- Gorgeous!! Also I shout out to the burnt orange and olive green… All the colors!
3. Leather
I am still on the hunt for a vintage leather jacket. (If any of you know any good vintage stores in the Milwaukee area please- please let me know) Nothing says sleek like a nice leather jacket. Until I’ll just have to settle for these leather boots…
That’s it guys! Keep a look out for these outfits later cause they’ll make a recurrence. Which is your favorite? What fall outfit trends are your favorite?
Until next time…
Lot’s of love,

I am a twenty something year old live-in, Christian nanny. Basically a modern day Mary Poppins. If I'm not chasing around six amazing kids I'm writing my blog or the handful of novels I have going; reading (a lot), baking, eating (a lot), or going on exciting adventures. All of my misadventures I share here with you guys! So grab ahold of my umbrella, something's about to begin.
